This system has been changed a bit. The government of China has agreed to let families who give birth to a girl to allow one more birth into the family. If the second baby is a girl, the Government will personally take over taking care of the elders and giving the family clothing and furniture and other neccessities. Although the one child policy is already being bent a bit, it will soon have to be completely eliminated to keep the population from falling to drastically. The one Child policy still woll slow the population growth down and possibly lower it based on these charts.
